Thank you for shopping with Agadir Ritual. Below you'll find everything you need to know about shipping and delivery.
1. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $35. For orders under $35, a flat shipping rate of $4.95 applies. Any applicable shipping charges are shown in your cart before you complete your order.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received and then handed over to our shipping carrier. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Times
Orders are shipped from our international fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped are:
United States: 10–20 business days
Delivery times include international transit and customs clearance and are estimates only. During periods of high demand, promotional periods, or due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery may occasionally take longer than estimated. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Agadir Ritual is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs authorities.
4. Order Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow the status of your delivery online at any time.
Please note that tracking information may take up to 2–3 business days to update after your order ships.
5. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Orders outside this area cannot be processed at this time.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Fees
To bring you our curated assortment, orders are shipped from our international fulfillment partners. As a result, your order may be subject to import duties, tariffs, or customs processing fees assessed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection or the carrier when your parcel enters the United States.
Any such charges are separate from the product price and the shipping fee shown at checkout. Unless your order total expressly states that duties and import fees are included, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. 7. Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and is shown at checkout in accordance with applicable state and local law.
8. Delivery Address
Please make sure the shipping address you provide at checkout is complete and accurate. Agadir Ritual is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information.
Address changes can only be accommodated while the order has not yet shipped. If you need to update your address, please contact us promptly.
9. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is marked "delivered" but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:
- Check the tracking status
- Check with neighbors, household members, or your building's front desk
- Contact your local post office or carrier
If the package still cannot be located, please contact us within 14 days of the stated delivery date, and we will work with the shipping carrier to find a solution.
10. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s) or packaging
- A description of the issue
We will promptly arrange a solution — whether a replacement or a full refund.
