AGADIR RITUAL  Return & Refund Policy

At Agadir Ritual, we want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work. By placing an order on agadirritual.com, you agree to the terms below.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Window

You may request a return for eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

2. Contact Us First

Before sending anything back, please email our Customer Care team at clientcare@agadirritual.com. Many concerns can be resolved quickly — through usage tips, a replacement, or another solution.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return

We will reply with a return authorization and the next steps. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, an item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original, unopened packaging with any seals intact
  • Accompanied by your order number as proof of purchase

4. Hygiene Exclusion (Personal Care Items)

For health and hygiene reasons, personal care products cannot be returned once opened or used, or once any protective seal has been removed. This applies to items such as our soaps, oils, and the Hammam peeling cloth once unsealed or used.

This does not affect your rights regarding damaged or defective items (see Section 8).

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used personal care products
  • Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased on clearance
  • Free gifts and promotional items
  • Gift cards

6. Return Shipping

Once your return is authorized, ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Care team:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit. We do not charge restocking fees.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at clientcare@agadirritual.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the affected item(s) and the packaging

In these cases, we cover all costs and will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times vary
  3. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at clientcare@agadirritual.com
